Terms & Conditions
Fee Payment Deadline
- International student fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the first day of attendance.
Late Payment Policy
- A reminder will be sent for overdue invoices. If payment is not received within 5 business days, 1% of the outstanding balance will be charged as a late fee.
- Failure to pay by the second reminder may result in denial of admission until the balance is settled.
Vaughan College will follow up with parents, guardians, students , or agents via phone or email for overdue payments.
Refund Policy
Full Fee Refund
If a study permit is denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), the student must provide:
- The original letter of rejection from CIC.
- The original Letter of Acceptance from Vaughan College.
Refund Amount: Tuition fee minus $550.00 administration fee (subject to the School’s Principal’s Approval).
No Refund
- If the student withdraws for any reason after the Letter of Acceptance is issued (other than VISA denial).
- If the student is found in violation of school regulations and is asked to withdraw.
Partial Refund
If a student’s immigration status changes during the school year (e.g., becoming a permanent resident), tuition fees will be adjusted accordingly.
