Submit Required Documents

Completed application form - online or pdf
Photocopy of passport or birth certificate.
Official and certified translated copies of school report cards (last two years and current year).
Letter of Recommendation - Download Form.
Signed Student and Parent Agreement - Download Form.
Proof of homestay arrangements - contact us.
Non-refundable application fee of C$400.

Personal Interview and Letter of Acceptance

Initial acceptance notification will be sent within 3 - 7 business days if all documents are in order.
Selected applicants may be contacted for phone or a video interview with the school principal.
A Conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued for successful applicants. Families must confirm and pay tuition within three weeks to receive the formal LOA.

Finalize Admission Requirements

Submit the following:
- A notarized Declaration of Custodianship (Canadian guardian and parent).
- Original and translated immunization records (Sample Form).
- Confirmation of tuition and medical insurance payment.

Once all requirements are completed, a Final Letter of Acceptance will be issued.

Apply for a Study Permit

Use your Final Letter of Acceptance to apply for a Study Permit at your local Canadian Embassy or Consulate. Contact the nearest Canadian Immigration office. Families and students are also advised to visit the official website of IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) for the latest updates on travel restrictions.

Payment Information

The application fee must be submitted with application documents.
Payments can be made via:
- International money order, bank draft, or certified cheque (payable to Vaughan College Inc.).
- Pay My Tuition service for international payments.

Note: A wire transfer fee of C$40 applies for direct wire transfers.
