Schedule a Consultation

Once your request is received, you'll be contacted by our tutoring coordinator to schedule an initial consultation. During this meeting, we will assess your learning goals, identify areas where you need help, and determine the best approach to support you.

Fill Out the Application

Start by completing our tutoring application form. This form will help us understand your academic needs and the subjects you'd like to receive tutoring in.

Select Your Tutoring Plan

After your consultation, you'll be provided with a personalized tutoring plan. You can choose between different formats, such as one-on-one sessions, small-group tutoring, or online sessions. We also offer flexible schedules to accommodate your availability.

Start Tutoring Sessions

Once your tutoring plan is finalized, you can begin your tutoring sessions! Our dedicated tutors will work with you to achieve your academic goals and build confidence in your subjects.

Required Documents

To ensure that we provide the best possible support for your tutoring needs, we ask that you submit the following documents.

Academic Records

Your most recent report card or transcript, so we can understand your academic standing and identify areas for improvement.

Tutoring Application Form

Completed application from (available on our website).

Parent/Guardian Consent Form (if applicable)

For students under the age of 18, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required.

Any Relevant Notes or Special Requirements

If you have any specific learning needs or preferences (e.g. learning disabilities, preferred tutoring methods), please include this information so we can tailor our approach accordingly.
